ORDERS AND DELIVERY
We are custom installers and do not sell online. All products shown are to inform you of costs, and manufactures that we service. All of our sales are done in person, you may choose to pay online as a service we offer you for connivance.
If you choose to pay during service call, you will be contacted by one of our sales team to setup payment. We will deliver most products for free in the Madison, WI area. If you have any questions on this please reach out to us through

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All products are sold with a 14 day return period and a 15% restocking fee , Unless there is a manufacture default at which point we will be gladly wiling to replace the item with the same model or equivalent model if the same model is no longer available within the 14 day return window. There will be a 15% cancelation fee accessed to any special order, or back ordered item upon agreement of invoice. All services are non-refundable, along with any protection plan. If you have any questions prior to ordering please ask prior to payment. Payment of invoice is approval to above terms.
