The GC portal is being rebuilt on Specifi, our quoting and project platform. For now, sign-up is a form. Once Specifi is live, you will see your projects, your prebuilt packages, and your handoff documents in one place.

Submit projects
Upload plans through the form. They go to our Google Drive and the Specifi CRM. You get a quote back, your client gets a clean spec.

Schedule and install
Use the scheduling widget on your portal to lock in walkthroughs, pre-wire dates, and trim-out. We work to your build calendar.

What does the GC portal actually give me?
Today, it gives you a fast lane to send plans, get a quote, and schedule a walk-through. As Specifi rolls out, it adds a full project dashboard: prebuilt packages tied to your account, quote status, document hand-offs, and your own scheduling widget.
Do you take a markup on the gear or charge me directly?
We quote the homeowner directly in most cases, with you as the GC of record. On builds where the AV is in the GC contract, we bill you with a clean line-item spec.
Do I have to use one of the prebuilt packages?
No. They are a starting point and a fast way to write a bid. Plenty of projects come in as custom scopes.
What about file uploads?
Plans upload through the form to our Google Drive and the Specifi CRM. PDFs, DWGs, DXFs, and most image formats up to 500 MB per file.
What if I am not in Wisconsin or Illinois?
Tell us where you build. We pick projects up across Wisconsin, northern Illinois, and into the Chicago suburbs. If it is further, the answer is sometimes yes.
