Before you book the consultation.
Are these the only options?
No. The tiers are a starting point. Most homes end up somewhere between two of them, with a few add-ons from the list above. We size every project after a walkthrough.
Can I do this if I am not building a new house?
Yes. Foundations and Connected work well on existing homes. Whole-Home is easier on a new build or a deep remodel where the wiring can be done from scratch.
What if my builder is already working with somebody?
Some builders have their own integrator, some do not. If your builder is on our preferred list, the prebuilt package on their portal is the easiest path. If not, we work direct with you and coordinate with the build.
Can these scale up over time?
Yes, as long as the network and the cabling are sized for it on day one. That is the part we never want to under-spec, because it is the only piece that is hard to add later.
Do you finance or take payment plans?
Larger projects can be staged in phases tied to the build schedule, with payments aligned to milestones. We work with builders and GCs on the contracting side and with homeowners directly on smaller scopes.
