Welcome to your new home.
Here you will find what is in your house, how to connect, and which apps to install. Start by choosing your builder in the Wi-Fi presets section below for your SSID and password. Then fill out the form so we can send the rest of your smart-home details.
You can see what is installed by visiting the rack, usually in your HVAC room. Look for the Home AV Pros sticker with your system details.

Your home, private by design.
Josh.ai is a home automation platform that keeps your data on your network. Your home is set up and nearly ready. We do request a brief walkthrough with you and your family before everything goes live.
With Josh you can control lighting, cameras, home audio, and more if it was designed into your build. The system is app-based with 60 days of free voice control from within the app. We can add dedicated voice control any time you are ready.
Built-in Wi-Fi for the whole house.
Your new home has Wi-Fi installed. Check the rack in your HVAC room for the Home AV Pros sticker to see which hardware you have. Your Wi-Fi name and password are preset by your builder and listed in the builder presets section.
Ubiquiti UniFi
The UniFi network uses the UniFi Network application. Download it, create an account, and include that email in your Getting Started form above.
Araknis
Araknis network settings live in the OvrC app. Complete the Getting Started form above and watch for a follow-up email with access details.
Ring
If Ring Wi-Fi hardware is part of your install, download the Ring app. Do not create a new account until we walk you through transfer during onboarding.
Cameras and protection.
Your home may include security cameras or recording. Check the rack sticker to see what you have, then open the matching tab for app links and next steps.
Ubiquiti UniFi Protect
UniFi cameras use the UniFi Protect application alongside your network setup. Use the same UniFi account from the Wi-Fi section.
Ring
Download the Ring app below. Wait for onboarding before creating an account so we can transfer your pre-configured devices.
Luma
Luma security cameras use the Luma Surveillance app. Download it from your phone app store and complete the Getting Started form for access.
Indoor, outdoor, and holiday lighting.
Your new house has smart lighting. Indoor lighting is controlled with Lutron. Outdoors you may have Ring or FX Luminaire. We will schedule a free setup appointment with you, or you can follow the instructions in the matching tab.
Lutron
To transfer your pre-setup Lutron system, fill out the Getting Started form and download the Lutron app from your phone app store. Follow the email instructions within 24 hours.
Ring outdoor lighting
Ring landscape and security lighting uses the Ring app. Complete the Getting Started form and watch for email instructions within 24 hours.
Permanent holiday lighting
For permanent holiday lighting, download the Bright Home Lighting app from your phone app store.
User guides and setup videos are available from Bright Home Lighting once the app is installed.
Music in the rooms that have it.
Your new home may include whole-home or zone audio. Check the rack sticker for which system you have, then follow the tab that matches.
Sonos
To transfer your pre-setup Sonos system, fill out the Getting Started form and download the Sonos app.
Autonomics
Autonomics systems use the TuneBridge app for music. Links to the app are in your onboarding email after you submit the Getting Started form.
Episode Lynk
Episode Lynk uses Apple AirPlay 2 and Bluetooth. For Bluetooth, press and hold the button on the front of the Lynk box in the rack for 3 to 5 seconds until it blinks, then pair from your device.
For Apple AirPlay, your password is the same as your primary Wi-Fi password.
AVA streamers
AVA streamers use Apple AirPlay 2 and Bluetooth. For Apple AirPlay, your password matches your primary Wi-Fi password.
Choose your builder.
Replace (Street#) with your street number in every SSID and password below. If your builder is not listed, use the Home AV Pros defaults.
